Refund Policy

At ILMORA ACADEMY, we strive to provide the highest quality Quran education through one-on-one live classes.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds can be requested and under what conditions they are approved.

1. No Refunds After Classes Are Attended

Once a student attends any paid class from their subscription billing cycle:

  • Refunds will not be issued
  • You will continue until the end of the cycle
  • This is because classes are delivered by teachers in real-time and cannot be undone.

2. Refunds for Technical or Service Issues (Our Side)

You may be eligible for a refund only if the issue is caused by us, such as:

  • Teacher not assigned after subscription
  • Continuous teacher absence
  • Technical issues from our side that prevent classes
  • Service not delivered as promised
  • We will review each case individually.

3. Duplicate or Wrong Charges

You will receive a full refund if:

  • You were charged twice
  • You were charged the wrong amount
  • You were billed after you cancelled (rare)
  • Please contact us immediately with proof of the transaction.

4. Refunds for Teacher Change Requests

Refunds are not provided if:

  • You want to change the teacher
  • You don’t like a teaching style but classes were delivered
  • You changed your mind after subscribing

We will, however:

  • Assign a new teacher
  • Adjust class timings
  • Improve your learning experience
  • But refunds will not apply.

5. Refunds During the Free Trial

Free trials are completely free.
No charges occur during the trial, so no refunds are needed.

If you subscribe after the free trial, normal rules apply.

6. Subscription Cancellations

Cancellation ≠ Refund.
When you cancel:

  • No future payments will be charged
  • You may continue using classes until the cycle ends
  • Refunds are not provided for the current month once classes have been taken

7. Student-Side Issues (Non-Refundable)

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Internet issues, device problems, or Zoom problems from the student’s sideStudent not attending class
  • Students forgetting the schedule
  • Travel, exams, holidays, or personal breaks
  • Busy schedule or loss of interest
  • We allow reschedulingwithin limits, but not refunds.

8. Payment Disputes or Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed:

  • Student access will be suspended
  • Teacher assignment will stop
  • The academy may submit Zoom records as evidence
  • We recommend contacting us first to resolve issues.

9. How to Request a Refund

Include:

  • Full name
  • Email used for registration
  • Payment receipt
  • Reason for refund
  • We review requests within 3–5 business days.

10. Final Decision

All refund approvals or rejections are made by ILMORA ACADEMY management after evaluating:

  • Class attendance
  • Teacher logs
  • Service delivery status
  • Technical issues
  • Our decision is final.
