This policy explains how recurring payments work for our Quran Academy subscriptions.
1. Automatic Monthly Billing
- All course plans are billed automaticallyevery month.
- Payments renew on the same calendar date the student initially subscribed.
- Students do not need to pay manually every month.
2. Yearly & Weekly Plans
If the student selects:
- Yearly plan→ billed once every 12 months
- Weekly plan(if enabled) → billed once every 7 days
- All plans will renew automatically unless cancelled.
3. Payment Methods
We support:
- Stripe (Debit/Credit Card)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay / Google Pay (optional via Stripe)
- The payment method saved during checkout will be used for all renewals.
4. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails:
- The system retries 3 timesover 7 days
- Student receives emails/SMS reminders
- If final payment fails → subscription is paused
- Classes may be stopped until payment is updated
5. Cancellation Policy
Students can cancel their subscription anytime through:
- Student Dashboard
- WhatsApp support
- Email support
When a subscription is cancelled:
- Subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing period
- Classes continue normally until your paid period ends
- No cancellation fee or penalty
- No partial refunds for unused days
6. No Refund Policy for Renewals
Once a renewal is processed:
- It is non-refundable
- Students must cancel beforethe next billing date to avoid charges(This is standard for subscription-based services internationally.)
7. Updating Billing Information
Students can update:

8. Subscription Reactivation
If a subscription is cancelled or paused:
- Students can reactivate from the dashboard
- Payments will resume from the new billing date
- Student may be reassigned to the same teacher (if available)
9. Discounts & Coupons
If discounts or coupon codes are used:
- They apply only to the first billing cycleunless mentioned as recurring
- Yearly plan discounts apply once per year
10. Policy Agreement
All students must accept this subscription policy during registration and checkout.
