By accessing our website, subscribing to our courses, or attending online classes, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully.
1. Services We Provide
ILMORA ACADEMY offers:
- Online Quran classes via live one-on-one Zoom sessions
- Courses including Nazra, Tajweed, Hifz, and Islamic Studies
- Flexible subscription plans (monthly/yearly)
- A free trial for new students
- Student account access for scheduling and profile updates
- Certificates upon course completion (based on teacher evaluation)
- We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue services at any time.
2. Registration & Student Accounts
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Keep your login details secure
- Not share your account with others
- Parents/guardians must register on behalf of children below 18.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.
3. Subscription & Billing
A. Automatic Billing
When you subscribe:
- Your payment method will be charged monthly or yearly
- Billing continues until you cancel your subscription
B. Payment Methods
We accept:
- Stripe
- PayPal
- Credit/debit cards via secure checkout
- We do notstore card information.
C. Currency
Fees are charged in your selected currency (USD, GBP, EUR, PKR, etc.).
4. Free Trial
New students may receive a free trial class.
After the trial:
- You may choose to continue with a paid subscription
- If you do not subscribe, no charges will occur
- Free trial is limited to one time per student.
5. Class Scheduling & Attendance
A. Class Times
Students select preferred class times.
A teacher is assigned after subscription confirmation.
B. Rescheduling
You may request rescheduling minimum 12 hours before class.
C. Missed Classes
If a student misses a class:
- The class is marked as “missed”
- Make-up class may be arranged under special circumstances at the teacher’s discretion
- Repeated absences may affect progress
6. Zoom Class Rules
- Each student receives a unique Zoom link
- Sharing the link with others is prohibited
- Recording classes without permission is not allowed
- Disruption or inappropriate behavior may lead to account termination
- Teachers reserve the right to remove students who violate rules.
7. Teacher Assignment
We assign teachers based on:
- Time availability
- Course type
- Language preference
- If you want to change the teacher, you may request through support.
8. Certificates
Certificates are issued only when:
- The teacher confirms course completion
- The student fulfills the required learning outcomes
- There is no fixed timeline for course completion.
9. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel anytime through:
- Your student dashboard
- By contacting support
Once cancelled, you will:
- Continue receiving classes until the current billing cycle ends
- Not be charged again
- Lose access after the period ends
- A full cancellation policy is provided separately.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are not automatic.
We issue refunds only under valid conditions:
- Unexpected technical issues from our side
- Duplicate payments
- Incorrect billing errors
- A detailed Refund Policy is provided separately.
11. Usage Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Share Zoom links publicly
- Allow others to attend your classes
- Copy or distribute class content
- Misuse our website
- Attempt unauthorized access to teacher/student data
- Violation may lead to account suspension or legal action.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Internet issues or device problems from the student’s side
- Missed classes due to student unavailability
- Technical issues caused by external services (Zoom, Stripe, PayPal)
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last subscription cycle.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
All changes will be posted on this page.
